TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Arthur Keen
Date26 February 1894
Description'Dear Mr Keen,
The larger scheme of which I spoke has fallen through, and we are now free to proceed with the Preparation Room, but, before doing so, I am to ascertain whether the screen which was to divide the room has yet been put in hand. The Officers are doubtful as to the advisability of dividing the room, and before anything more is done, I am to ascertain how the work stands. I have written to Lindfield to ask him for this information.
I am, yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
