I see you have put down Procedure for 14th at 4 p.m. We generally have Soirée Sub-Comee [Committee] for arranging the exhibits, on that Wednesday at 4. The following Wednesday, however, will do quite well, only being the Wednesday before Easter & no meeting on the Thursday, I thought you would not perhaps be coming up. The Soirée Sub-Comee should certainly be before Easter.
