TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to the Cambridge Engraving Company, Cambridge
Date18 July 1893
DescriptionRix encloses six sheets of figures for a 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' paper by Mr [Rubert William] Boyce and Mr [Nusserwangi Fakirgi] Surveyor, with those figures to be omitted marked with a cross. He states that the coloured figures may be placed on one plate, but that the colours are essential. For the photographic figures they can supply negatives.

Rix requests an estimate for 1000 copies on quarto plates as usual. He also notes that they await estimates for 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' plates, Boyce and Evans, with the figures having been sent on the 13 July.
