TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Collings
Date20 July 1893
DescriptionRix sends updates on three papers.

He notes that their estimate for James Alfred Ewing and Helen Gertrude Klaassen's paper is accepted, but as they are short handed, Rix asks if they will send up for the diagrams which will be sent with Ewing's instructions, from which they may copy what they want and return, so they have them for the lithographers. Rix also encloses a sheet of instructions from Professor Prestwich for the correction of the blocks, and he notes that Messrs Harrison & Sons have been told to send the blocks direct to Mr Collings; Rix requests the cost of good woodcuts of the enclosed three figures for Risier Russell's paper for 'Proceedings of the Royal Society', and Collings' opinion on whether they would come out well and show the crossings and connections.
