Date24 July 1893
Description'Dear Sir,
In answer to your letter of July 5th I may explain that part I of Messrs Bridge & Haddin's paper does not immediately precede the part sent to you, but was published in our (octavo) "Proceedings" ['Proceedings of the Royal Society'] Vol 46 (1889) page 309, which I think you have. Your application for continuation of the "Phil. Trans." ['Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'] shall be laid before the Library Committee at their next meeting.
Yours truly,
