TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster, Secretary, Royal Society
Date28 July 1893
DescriptionRix states that his last letter was written before Foster's card arrived. He explains that he does not leave London until Tuesday morning, so he will not need to come from Brighton, and can meet Foster at Harpenden. Rix plans to go by special train at 2.20pm, or can be met at the Society's ofices tomorrow morning if Foster prefers. The Royal Society's Treasurer, John Evans, has arranged that Rix will bring the addresses with him, so Foster need not worry about them.

He also asks that Foster write direct to Mr Keen and make an appointment with him to meet him at the Society's offices about the diagrams.
