TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to J T Cunningham, the Laboratory, Citadel Hill, Plymouth
Date5 July 1893
DescriptionRix explains that his assumption that the copy was for publication was innocent, and based on the fact that it is generally done, and there is no objection to it. He states that the charge for copying scientific manuscripts is generally one shilling and six pence per 1000 words, but that Cunningham can obtain an estimate without extra charge.

Rix recommends Miss Ashworth's, 2 Victoria Mansions, as a large type-writing office. He notes that they would prefer that Cunningham arrange matters directly with them, and the Royal Society will grant their chosen typist with every facility they can.
