[instant], I am to inform you that volume IX of the "Catalogue of Scientific Papers" was published, not by the Government ^(as formerly)^ but by a private firm, and that in consequence the Royal Society have very few copies at their disposal. Your request, however, will be brought before the next meeting of the Committee and a further communication will be made.
