TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Arthur Keen, 4 Raymond Buildings
Date9 November 1893
DescriptionRix notes that Keen's plan and estimate are to hand, and although there is no meeting of Officers that day, he will present it to the Treasurer when he is in.

He explains that they will need electric table lamps for the Officers' table as they had previously, and he supposes that the leads will need to come from the experimental table, go under the floor of the dais, and up through the officers' table. Until the position of the Officers' table is decided, they cannot tell the exact spot at which the leads will need to come up. Rix asks that the electricians be informed at once that the electric lamps, or rather the leads, will need to be provided for. He has the authority from the Senior Secretary to order the work to begin.
