TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Francis Galton, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date10 March 1894
DescriptionRix does not think that Galton was ever officially told informed of the grant of 50 pounds from the Donation Fund in aid of the "Measurement of Plants and Animals", but believes he was informed orally. He writes to inform him that due to the absence of the Royal Society's Treasurer abroad, he has been unable to get the cheque signed. If the matter becomes pressing before the return of John Evans at the end of the month, he should let Rix know so that he can try to make arrangements.
