TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Edkins & Company, 280 High Holborn, W.C.
Date12 April 1894
DescriptionRix is now able to accept their estimate of 8 March for three plates at 20 pounds and 10 shillings, with the small diagrams to be printed with the other prints and not lithographed. He is not, however, authorised to accept their estimate of 10 March until he has seen a specimen of their work. Rix reminds them that they offered to do a sample-block for free, so he sends them the tracings for that purpose. He is also sending the photographs which are to be reproduced as plates, and a duplicate set, for which they asked if the author could not lend his negatives.
