TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Hartley, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date13 April 1894
DescriptionRix states that Hartley did not ask for a revise, and they did not believe one was necessary as it was clear that the corrections had been properly made. He will send one if necessary, but asks that in the meantime Hartley use the corrected proof which he sends to verify his plates, and inform Rix if they may go to press. The plates will be time consuming, so he is anxious to put them in hand.

As the proof which Rix sends contains all corrections from Hartley's two proofs, and these have not yet been put in type, Rix asks that he return it to them.
