Your kind offer to exhibit photo-micrographs illustrating formation of limestone rocks was laid before the Soiree Committee at their meeting yesterday, together with a letter from Mr J J Teall recommending the same. The Committee, while thanking you for your kindness, desire me to say that they are not able on the present occasion to accept your offer.
