Description'Dear Sirs,
In accordance with your letter of the 23rd inst. [instant], I now beg leave to send you one sheet of spectra to form a folding plate, the height to be that of the specimen plate already sent you. You can do one of the spectra first, or the whole plate, by way of specimen, as most convenient to yourselves. When I have seen the specimen we will communicate with you respecting the remaining plates.
