DescriptionRix explains that all those which Foster has marked in red has answered, and the Kennedy Fund is about 21 pounds. He asks whether he should insert names and amounts, and print a few more circulars to send to those not marked in red. Rix further requests that Foster makes an additional list.

He encloses Fletcher's correspondence, and asks that Foster draft a response and send him a memorandum to state that he intends to do so.
