Herewith a letter from Mr [Rubert William] Boyce, which Lord Rayeligh thinks that you should see. Also Minutes of Counil containing your letter to Treasury, & a typewritten copy of Treasury reply. Also note from Dr [John Syer] Bristowe. Also two official letters to sign & post. I saw Mr Willey and have slightly altered your draft to the Foreign Office in accordance with his suggestion.
