DescriptionIs informed that Otto Loewi is to appear before the Tribunal dealing with 'aliens of enemy nationality' - has been close to Loewi for 37 years and had previously arranged for him to continue his researches at Dale's own department - regards it 'as of great importance, and definitely in the interests of this country, that Professor Loewi should retain the freedom required to continue his work.
