Description | Figure 2 from plate XXV showing the pseudoembryo of the Antedon rosaceus losing its special organs of assimilation and locomotion as it begins passing into the pentacrinoid stage. This is a slightly more advanced phase than that pictured in PT/71/1/14. A more advanced stage yet is pictured at PT/71/16.
