Description | Two figures showing a nebula shaped like a brush with a split through the middle, and a second large spiral nebula full of knots observed by Parsons on 18 December 1851 and 29 November 1850, respectively. The nebulae are drawn in graphite. They correspond to numbers 116 and 131 in William Herschel's catalogue of nebulae.
