Description | Later version of figures 36-42 from plate XXX showing seven nebulae discussed in Parsons' paper. The nebulae are drawn in graphite. Figures 36, 40, and 43 were drawn by Stoney and figures 37-39 and 41-42 were drawn by Mitchell. The nebulae correspond, respectively, to numbers 2084, 2099, 2139, 2172, 2241, 2245, and 2297 in William Herschel's catalogue of nebulae. Earlier versions of these figures are found at PT/62/8/41.
