Figure 1 appearing here on the bottom of the plate was moved in the published version, the subject of a pencilled note to the engraver, lower left: 'NB Figure 1 to be placed at the top of the Plate'. The work is inscribed with publication and plate details. Not signed. Royal Society stamp verso.
