Harrison encloses the report of the Botanical referee on the above mentioned paper [not attached]. The Physiological referee reports practically the same effect, only more definitely against publication.
In reply, Darwin does not think it necessary to have the Committee summoned, as the referees are practically agreed that the paper should not be published in Philosophical Transactions, Darwin agrees that it should not be published.
