| Description | The paper by Leech and Jones is interesting and should be published by the Institute of Metals. He has read the referee's remarks on his paper and thinks that they are 'probaly quite justified'. He doesn't think reducing the paper is a good plan,as it wouldn't allow them to clearly state the conditions of the experiments. He prefers to adopt the other suggestion of the referee - that the paper should be published by the Institute of Metals instead. Requests the paper back so that he can submit it to the Institute of Metals.
