Date6 July 1880
DescriptionIs not gratified to hear the decision of the Council regarding publication of the paper. Agrees to the change of title. Regarding the recommendation to omit the reference to Joseph Norman Lockyer, does not currently have access to a copy of the manuscript, and cannot recall the reference in question.
