DescriptionNot recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. The referee thinks that the paper should be withdrawn and made shorter. However, he claims that he was 'no authority' and leaves it up to the Council to decide what should happen with the paper. States that despite this, he thinks Lister is a 'very excellent person'.
