TitleLetter from Oliver Heaviside, on his paper 'On operations in physical mathematics. Part III' to The Royal Society
Date5 September 1894
DescriptionHears the paper has been relegated to the archives, was not read by the Committee due to an oversight, and has now been suggested that it be withdrawn. The implication is that it is not worth printing, 'an idea which cannot be entertained for a moment by the author thereof!'. If the decision is not to be changed, would prefer to withdraw the paper and publish it elsewhere.
