DescriptionThe first part is recommended for publication, although it has already been published in the Transactions of the Chemical Society. The rest of the paper is not suitable for publication in Philosophical Transactions. It is 'written in too obscure and repulsive a style that it is very difficult to make out the author's meaning' and there is lots of repetition.
