TitleReferee's report by Edwin Ray Lankester, on a paper 'On the gastric gland of mollusca and decapod crustacea: its structure and functions' by C A MacMunn
Date8 March 1899
DescriptionNot recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper is not conclusive enough. If a grant of £25 can be put towards printing the colour plates, the paper would be very suitable for the Journal of Physiology or the Quarterly Journal of Microscopical Science. The paper is too long and contains too many illustrations for the Proceedings.
