Suggests reference to the work of Dr Archibald Liversidge 'On the line structure of gold and platinum nuggets and gold ingots', 'Royal Society of New South Wales', 3 October 1894. Suggests the author should highlight the resemblance between points in his sections of platinum and those in pure gold as shown in figure 10, plate 9 and figure 16, plate 10 of the paper by Osmond and Roberts-Austen in Philosophical Transactions volume 187, 1896, pp.417-432.
