Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. Lists the parts of the paper which should be published. The maps are based on the information in the voluminous paper marked '2/ Table I', and appendix III in the paper marked '4/'. He is unable to decide whether these should be published in the whole or partly and would advise that the opinion of some one more conversant on this subject should be obtained such as J Y Buchanan. The 48 maps in the envelope marked '5/' should be reproduced.
