Has sent Larmor a reply to the criticisms of his referee's from Paris having been under the impression that the committee of publication had met last week. Having now returned to London and with a library at his disposal, he asks Larmor to returns his remarks for a few days so that he may make his reply to the criticisms absolutely exact. He will also have his reply type written to save the committee time in going through it.
