TitleReferee's report by John Ambrose Fleming, on a paper 'Alternate current measurement' by W E Sumpner
Date[November 1907]
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Some of the paper has already been published by the author, and new information is not clearly defined. Suggests the mathematical section at the beginning be reduced. Suggests the opinion be sought of a mathematician regarding this part. Can recommend the Theoretical and Experimental parts, and the Mathematical part if it can be sufficiently reduced.
