No clear statement regarding publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper is a continuation of an earlier one by the same author ['Note on Dr. H. A. Wilson’s memoir “On the electric effect of rotating a dielectric in a magnetic field.”', Proceedings, Vol.76 1905, DOI: 10.1098/rspa.1905.0038]. Refers to work by Joseph Larmor and Harold Albert Wilson, with whom the author is in a disagreement over nomenclature. Cannot see any purpose in publishing the current paper.
