TitleReferee's report by Sidney Frederic Harmer, on a paper 'The morphology of a rare oceanic fish, Stylophorus chordatus, Shaw; based on specimens collected in the Atlantic by the “Dana” expeditions, 1920-1922' by Charles Tate Regan
Date10 December 1923
DescriptionSectional Committee: Zoology

Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society', due to the number of illustrations required. Suggests the author could have saved the referee's time by rewriting the heavily corrected pages, or having the manuscript typewritten. The author has not used reference-letters in the description, which will be hard for a reader not familiar with the subject to follow.

[Published in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London' B, 1924]
