TitleReferee's report by Arthur Edwin Boycott, on a paper 'Studies on epithelial phagocytosis. II. A method for demonstrating the origin of dust cells' by H M Carleton
Date[December 1933]
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physiology

Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The paper adds nothing new. Refers to work of Cappell. Further experiments are of no value unless they provide conclusive results. The conclusions are based on assumptions which are not beyond question. Suggests the paper be sent to Robert Muir for a second opinion.
