DescriptionApologises for not having time to read the paper at present. Is familiar with the work however, as an abstract was presented by the author at the last meeting of the British Association. Refers to work by L W Meech [?] 'On the relative intensity of heat and light of the sun upon different latitudes of the earth' in the Smithsonian Contributions to Knowledge, Vol.9 1857, which covers a very similar subject.
