Date | [December 1935] |
Description | Sectional Committee: Mathematics
Not recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Has been sent the manuscipt along with two referee's reports, one favourable, one unfavourable. Agrees with the unfavourable report, especially regarding the sarcastic comments. Suggests the authors be furnished with a copy of the unfavourable report, and given the chance 'to either consider vindicating themselves or reconsidering their communication'. Refers to work of Andrey Nikolaevich Kolmogorov.
