TitleReferee's report by Henry John Stephen Smith, on a paper 'On the mysteries of numbers alluded to by Fermat.—Second communication' by Sir Jonathan Frederick Pollock, 1st Baronet
Date23 July 1868
DescriptionNo clear statement regarding publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has only recently returned to England and received letters. Has read the abstract already published in the Proceedings and consider the paper will contain the information to conclude his last paper. Hopes to have opportunity to compare the current paper with the abstract of the first, but at present considers an abstract sufficient.
