TitleReferee's report by George Clarke Simpson, on a paper 'Instability of fluids heated from below' by Krishna Chandra
Date27 July 1937
DescriptionSectional committee: Physics

Recommended for publication, as the subject matter is interesting. However, it requires a complete re-write. It is 'one of the worst written papers' he has ever had to referee and the paper shouldn't have been presented to The Royal Society in such a crude form. The English used is often not understandable and the arrangement of the paper is hap-hazard. Has attached notes to help the author re-write the paper.

[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society A, 1938].
