Date[March 1937]
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics

Recommended for publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. Some of the language is unclear, but 'such loose language is sometimes used by chemicsts in writing on Physical matters and I suppose we must let it pass'. Thinks the accuracy of the measured results may be less than that claimed by the authors.
