TitleLetter from Patrick Alfred Buxton, on a paper 'Effects of constant temperature and humidity on the development of the larvae and the pupae of the three Indian species of Xenopsylla (Insecta: Siphonaptera)' by M Sharif to J D Griffith Davies, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society
Date18 December 1946
DescriptionHe is returning the paper and hopes that the next referee will be informed of his opinion. It is a valuable paper with a lot of new and original work in it, but it should definitely be shortened. He is confident to deal directly with the author - he believes he can do it 'without causing friction or offence'.
