DescriptionAlthough the paper has been reduced, it is still long but he wishes it to be published. After his first report, the author reduced the pages and tables by half. Then he worked with the author to reduce the paper by a further fifteen per cent. Relations between him and the author have 'continued to be very friendly'. He hopes that the Society will accept the paper . If any problem should arise, he wishes the opportunity to of stating the scientific case for publication. He and the author have put a lot of work into the paper.
