Suggests giving a brief description of the protected thermophile, as the papers referenced are from before the war and may not be readily available to foreign readers. Has not yet finished reading the paper 'Myothermic methods'.

The obituary for Joseph Barcroft has been delayed by editing his Memorial Book.
