Appended letter from Arthur Elijah Trueman, dated 26 September 1948, returns the paper and report. Discussed the paper with Cyril James Stubblefield, who accepts the suggestions, but has not raised these with Dr Lamont, to preserve the anonymity of the referee. Endorsed on recto as received 28 September 1948.
