Notes:
Date of death previously recorded in name authority as 23 January 1767, which seems to have been the result of confusing Benjamin Bathhurst FRS, with his nephew Benjamin Bathurst who also died in 1767, born 1711 died 23 Jan 1767 but who was not FRS http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1715-1754/member/bathurst-hon-benjamin-1711-67
