OtherInfoAs a royalist, Quatremain followed the court into exile until the Restoration, where he worked as a physician. After this, he practiced primarily in Lewes, Sussex. During the plague in the 1660s, he went to York although when attending the Oxford session, Quatremain was appointed to the committee for the prevention of infection's spread. He invested in land reclamation schemes which were generally unprofitable.

The election date is Quatremain's re-election date into the Society after the grant of the second charter in April 1663. All Fellows admitted in a two-month window after this charter, until 22 June 1663, are considered Original Fellows. He was previously admitted into the Society on 20 March 1661.
