The letter to Lord Askwith has now been signed by ten Members of the Council but in writing to Sir Robert Hadfield, who is in France, but offered to see their President to permonally discuss the matter, once he returns. Havign discussed this proposal with Sir Charles Parsons and Sir Richard Redmayne, they decided to wait until this conversation takes place before sending the letter to Askwith.</dc:description>
