Informs that Sir Arthur Keith handed him Howarth's letter and suggested he send a cheque of £200 payable to Dr. Griffiths, in payment of the total mentioned therein, and the balance to cover the cost of the transfers. Not quite sure what the latter mean but presumes the cost of transferring to the Chartered Association securities already in the possession of the Association.
