Letter from [Alan Archibald Campbell] Swinton, to The Town Clerk of Westminster Has been informed that the only parties who have so far done anything with regard to assisting those persons whose habitations were affected by the recent floods in Westminster have been the Labour Party and the Salvation Army, and that all that has been done by those administering the funds raised by the Mayor of Westminster and Lord Mayor of London has been to send round officials to make enquiries.
