Rowell [Esquire] Encloses a copy of a letter he received from the President, whom he managed to persuade that his communicated about Lane Fox Pitt may be printed in the Journal in the form sent to Rowell. Also encloses a copy the President sent him with the letter, in which he has corrected one or two typewriting errors. Believes it is best for him to see a proof when it is set into type. 14 March 1929
